The gratitude courses are intensely focused on the different types of gratitude and the science of gratitude in the workplace. A rubric to measure personal gratitude in the workplace is provided with instructions on using the aggregate data mined from the anonymous surveys to help create healthier workplaces.
The courses will provide practice on creating gratitude in the workplace and how to measure the outcomes. Performance outcomes for the course offer possible scenarios for decision-making and feedback for leadership development and training.
Through self-reflection and measured surveys, leaders will explore key points to ensure that critical action points of the programs become part of the workplace culture.
Program evaluation will include bundling survey results from several sectors, such as leadership, employees, coworkers, students, vendors, and, if applicable, the community.
